Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve store AOP and individual sales goals by providing an outstanding customer experience and staying up-to-date with market trends and client shopping behaviors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in store appearance, visual merchandising, and cash wrap procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Stuart Weitzman in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
