Box Office Representative

The Shaw Festival Theatre is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Box Office Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing ticket orders, and assisting patrons with their queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional, friendly, and informative service to customers via phone, in-person, and mail.
- Process ticket orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist fellow employees and patrons with any questions or concerns, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Participate in sales activities, including add-on and incentive programs, to meet The Shaw's ticketing, ancillary, and Membership goals.
- Assist patrons to ensure a win-win situation, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Assist with outbound sales, marketing, and informational calls to patrons, promoting The Shaw's shows and services.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the Box Office, performing additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliability and ability to work independently.
