About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Ram Appraisals Ltd. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, preparing reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings, considering factors such as location, condition, and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed appraisal reports, including analysis and recommendations, for clients.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored appraisal services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in real estate appraisal.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in real estate appraisal or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Client-focused and reliable with excellent communication skills.
