Job Title: Real Estate Appraiser

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Ram Appraisals Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, preparing reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors, as well as buyers or auctioneers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings
  • Prepare appraisal reports for various stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and gather data
  • Analyze market trends and economic factors
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating client focus, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
