Job Title: Real Estate Appraiser

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Ram Appraisals Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings to determine their market worth.
  • Prepare detailed appraisal reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and reliable valuations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
