About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Ram Appraisals Ltd. as a key member of our appraisal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings, utilizing expertise in real estate market trends and valuation techniques.
  • Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the appraisal process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate appraisal, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in real estate appraisal or a related field
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail
  • Excellent client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
