Job Title: Real Estate Appraiser

At Ram Appraisals Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. As a Real Estate Appraiser, you will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, preparing reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors, as well as buyers or auctioneers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings
  • Prepare appraisal reports for various stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine property values
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

As a Real Estate Appraiser, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and a client-focused approach.
