Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Solutions Strategist to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Client Solutions and engage with our mid-market commercial clients, ensuring they receive the exceptional service that GGB - Global is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the renewal process and addressing day-to-day policy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with insurers and work on various accounts to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Play a pivotal role in client retention and continuously enhance customer relationships.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of accounts at renewal, ensuring appropriate coverage is secured and re-marketing is executed when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, generating quality leads and partnering with Account Executives to finalize client agreements.
  • Stay informed about the latest insurance market trends, products, and policy updates.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Mid-Market role within a brokerage setting.
  • Possession of an active RIBO License is required.
  • Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM are highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with EPIC is considered an asset.
