ROSS is in search of a Lead Product Marketing Strategist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will engage closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary product champion for clients
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to advocate solutions to targeted audiences
  • Discover new market potentials
  • Oversee the creation of business cases and investment proposals
  • Manage, prioritize, and drive customer needs and product specifications
  • Articulate core customer advantages and product uniqueness
  • Guide and contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate product success and market positioning

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software product management, particularly in Human Resources-related domains. Familiarity with HR software such as Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft is advantageous. Additionally, certification and hands-on experience in Pragmatic Marketing Methodology are preferred.
