The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and implementing employment processes that ensure compliance with our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and enforce safety procedures. They will also contribute to the implementation of our Action Plan, performance review, and roadmap within their scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates through various channels, including internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, referrals, cold-calling, and networking
  • Maintaining up-to-date talent pools and utilizing candidate pipelines to maximize efficiency
  • Attending career fairs and industry events to stay abreast of market changes and network effectively
  • Providing technical expertise and sound business acumen by sharing market intelligence
  • Implementing effective and innovative techniques for attracting new talent
Requirements
  • Experience working in a project-oriented Engineering & Construction environment is desirable
  • Excellent computer and systems skills, with a strong knowledge of MS Office Software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability in attracting new talent and managing candidate pipelines
  • Proven ability in managing candidate campaigns, cold calling, networking, company representation at networking functions, and events
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
