Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a Production Support Analyst or related field.
  • Experience working with all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Experience working with Linux or Solaris operating systems.
  • Experience working with SQL queries/database or Oracle.
  • Experience working with shell scripts/batch.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple activities.
  • Strong team fit and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as computer science, computer engineering, commerce, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience with commodities within Capital Markets.
  • FI or Banking experience is an asset.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Oracle is preferred.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
