About the Opportunity

Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Network, you will play a critical role in developing the strategic direction of our organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of the Integrated Acute & Episodic Care Network, you will collaborate with Network Leadership Teams to provide leadership in policy development, planning, and accountability. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing complex issues and advising on evidence-based decision making.

You will work closely with Network Co-leaders to design a provincial integrated plan for the Service or Population-based Network and develop strategic and operational plans that support excellence in care delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic analysis and advice on issues impacting the clinical service area and/or population across the lifespan
  • Advising and leading the advancement of defined priority areas according to the Network's goals and objectives
  • Building new and fostering existing partnerships that support the achievement of priorities

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a Master's Degree in a health-related discipline. Relevant experience in senior leadership roles, with a strong background in quality improvement, is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Registration with a relevant health or professional discipline/college or association
  • Certified Health Executive designation
  • 5-7 years of relevant senior leadership experience

Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly. Travel may be required.

Compensation and Incentives

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $42.93-$53.67 hourly. Our benefits package includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
