About the Opportunity

Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Network, you will play a critical role in developing the strategic direction of our organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of the Integrated Acute & Episodic Care Network, you will collaborate with Network Leadership Teams to provide leadership in policy development, planning, and accountability. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing complex issues impacting our clinical service area and/or population across the lifespan.

You will advise and lead the advancement of defined priority areas, building new and fostering existing partnerships to support the achievement of our goals and objectives. Your strong background in quality improvement will facilitate the development of a quality program for our Network(s) and support continuous improvement to advance a vision of excellence within our Clinical Network.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in a health-related discipline and a strong background in policy development, planning, and accountability. Registration with a relevant health or professional discipline/college or association is preferred. You will have 5-7 years of relevant senior leadership experience with progressive accountabilities for standards development, evaluation, and implementation, advising on healthy public policy, and adoption of best practices to deliver high-quality services.

Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly. Travel may be required.

Compensation and Incentives

The successful candidate will be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan. The hourly rate is $42.93-$53.67.
