Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At TB Food Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including cooks, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with flexibility and a positive attitude.
