Student Services Director

We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Diploma Programs and create a positive, collaborative culture within our Student Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students by developing and implementing strategies to boost engagement, retention, and success.
As a Student Services Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Leading, mentoring, and training the Student Services team to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance student engagement, retention, and success.
- Providing professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Designing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborating with faculty, staff, and external partners to improve and expand student services.
- Assessing program effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Handling escalated student concerns with care and professionalism.
- Offering direct support and referrals for students in complex or sensitive situations.
- Promoting wellness, mental health, and safety initiatives for students.
- Overseeing program schedule changes and managing the Student Services budget effectively.
- Driving innovation within the Student Services team by improving processes and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Managing Life Coaches and Academic Tutors' schedules.
- Preparing reports and communicating key achievements and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
