Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and train the Student Services team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Provide professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to improve and expand student services.
- Assess program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Offer direct support and referrals for students in complex or sensitive situations.
- Oversee program schedule changes and manage the Student Services budget effectively.
- Drive innovation within the Student Services team by improving processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Manage Life Coaches and Academic Tutors' schedules.
- Prepare reports and communicate key achievements and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Social Work, Higher Education Administration).
- 5+ years of experience in student services or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of student development theories and best practices in student support services.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proficiency with relevant software and technology platforms.
- A collaborative community where diverse talents, backgrounds, and expertise come together to create something meaningful.
- Comprehensive orientation and continuous support to help you succeed in your role.
