Student Services Manager Opportunity

At Stenberg College, we're committed to delivering exceptional education in healthcare, human services, and business. We're seeking a dynamic Student Services Manager to lead our Diploma Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and train the Student Services team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Provide professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to improve and expand student services.
  • Assess program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Offer direct support and referrals for students in complex or sensitive situations.
  • Oversee program schedule changes and manage the Student Services budget effectively.
  • Drive innovation within the Student Services team by improving processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
  • Manage Life Coaches and Academic Tutors' schedules.
  • Prepare reports and communicate key achievements and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Social Work, Higher Education Administration).
  • 5+ years of experience in student services or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of student development theories and best practices in student support services.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and technology platforms.
