Job Description: Manager, Strategy & Enterprise PMO

">

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Strategy and Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing and implementing strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Creating data-informed strategies and promoting a culture of insights within the organization.
  • Setting up project governance, defining ways of working, identifying key stakeholders, and establishing meeting cadences.
  • Developing end-to-end project plans and enrolling key partners to deliver necessary elements for project success.
  • Driving project management reporting across 2024 strategic projects.
  • Working cross-functionally to identify risks, create proactive solutions, and report to senior leaders.
  • Accurately assessing change management requirements for successful project rollout and implementation.
  • Leading the development and ongoing management of tools, processes, and governance to execute against strategic and business plans.
  • Developing high-impact presentations and communication tools to communicate strategic plans across the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, project management, consumer products, and/or retail.
  • 3+ years of project management experience and proficiency in project management software.
  • A proven track record of successfully directing cross-functional projects.
  • High emotional intelligence, influencing skills, and communication skills to collaborate with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build strategic narratives and impactful executive-level presentations.
