Job Title: Office Administrator

Paladin Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Kelowna, BC.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to our Branch Manager and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating events
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
