Paladin Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Kelowna, BC.
Job Summary:The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to our Branch Manager and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and stakeholders
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
