Job Title: Administration Officer

FIVE RIVERZ IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
