Job Title: Administration Officer

FIVE RIVERZ IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION LTD. is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and ensure that office administrative procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
