We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Guide Me Immigration Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with screening questions, including education and experience verification.
  • Support the preparation of health benefits, including dental and healthcare plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
