Comprehensive HRIS and Benefits Manager

The HRIS and Benefits Analyst role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective administration of employee benefits, maintaining accurate HR data, and providing insights through data analysis to support HR strategies and decision-making.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle open enrollment processes and address benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines.
- Create and distribute required benefit enrollment emails.
- Maintain the Sun Life enrollment tool (opening enrollment for new hires, life events, etc.)
- Assist Finance with monthly benefit reconciliation & validate HRIS file from Sun Life.
- Collect payments for premiums for associates that are on leave of absence.
- Approve RRSP enrollments and enter contribution changes.
- Conduct benefit orientations and assist employees with the enrollment process.
- Conduct workshops or training sessions on total reward programs.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. If you have experience with HRIS platforms and are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, we encourage you to apply.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in benefits administration and HRIS management.
- A degree in Human Resources or CHRP equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organization and mathematical skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (eg. SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.

- We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
