This role is located in a dynamic and growing insurance brokerage with access to multiple markets. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service commercial accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Review renewals with clients, providing coverage recommendations and ensuring seamless transitions
- Assist clients with day-to-day inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to write new business through referrals and develop strategies to grow existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to market existing accounts and secure new business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- A Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, and Farm Insurance
- Completed, enrolled or interested in the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses
- College Insurance Program Diploma or an undergraduate degree
- Strong customer service skills to build relationships and maintain long-term growth and retention
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
