Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account ManagerPosition Responsibilities:- Manage and service commercial accounts
- Review renewals with clients, providing coverage recommendations
- Assist clients with day-to-day inquiries
- Opportunities to write new business through referrals
- Market existing accounts to insurance companies
- Develop insurance market knowledge to understand risk placement
- Understand wordings and coverages to compare insurance policies and quotes
- A Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Knowledge in Commercial Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, and Farm Insurance
- Completed, enrolled or interested in the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses would be an asset
- College Insurance Program Diploma or an undergraduate degree is an asset
- Strong customer service skills to build relationships and maintain long-term growth and retention
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
