Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Audit Specialist to join our team at MT Talent. As an Insurance Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine audits to assess the quality of our services. You will collect, review, and interpret audit data to identify issues and trends in policies and procedures, software efficiencies, the performance of employees, and potential risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits/reports on Personal Lines Insurance accounts
- Collaborate with the Underwriting team to conduct audits of Personal Lines files
- Correspond with Brokers and Managing Partners to address outstanding documents, address quality concerns, results, etc.
- Interpret and relay audit results/data to relevant parties making recommendations on how to improve quality
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Insurance, Finance, Business, or other relevant program
- RIBO License in good standing is required
- 2 or more years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Proven knowledge of insurance operations such as underwriting guidelines, coverage options, and various broker channels
