Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
