Job Title: Client Solutions Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Solutions Executive to join our team at Insight Enterprises, Inc. As a Client Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities within the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop solid business relationships through proficient call handling, effective communication, probing, negotiating, and closing.
  2. Account Growth: Develop a specified customer base and prospect incremental business utilizing outbound calls to attain growth objectives and increase customer breadth.
  3. Sales Strategy: Formulate a commercially viable business case, guide the proposal, and drive the deal to closing.
  4. Lead Generation: Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business partners, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, websites, and other sources.
  5. Customer Engagement: Work closely with Manager, Operations, and other Insight resources to determine customers' technical requirements and assist them with identification of effective solutions to meet customers' business needs.
  6. Sales Process: Manage all aspects of the sales process including quoting and negotiating process, advising credit terms, preparing sales contracts, advising estimated delivery to customer.
  7. Revenue Growth: Cross sell and up sell to build revenue and margin on an ongoing basis.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Works collaboratively with Insight's internal support organization to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Performance Metrics: Meets or exceeds required sales targets as specified in goal sheets.
  10. Account Management: Responsible for outstanding accounts receivable for items over 60 days.
  11. Industry Knowledge: Keeps current on relevant strategic technologies and trends; continually develops industry knowledge by participating in key industry events/conferences, reading trade journals, participating in vendor training programs and taking advantage of external education as appropriate.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual: Bilingual (French and English).
  2. Education and Experience: Post-secondary education with a relevant 5 years+ of sales experience with solution-based products and services.
  3. Complex Customer Base: Minimum 5+ years' experience in a progressively complex customer base.
  4. Product Knowledge: Detailed knowledge across all multi-vendor product lines, as well as technical and professional service offerings.
  5. Sales Performance: Proven ability to deliver on aggressive individual sales quota and increase market share by acquiring net new customers.
  6. Industry Expertise: Extensive Knowledge of IT industry, marketplace trends and key indicators.
  7. Relationship Building: Highly developed relationship building skills with a focus on selling, communication, customer relations, negotiations, and decision-making.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.

Work Environment:

Office environment with computer work. May have extensive periods of sitting, typing and phone use (may include headset). May need to lift to 10 lbs.
