Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant

Rapidly growing RLG International is a global boutique performance consulting company with a strong culture that values employee growth and success. We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our dynamic Head Office Global Support team in our vibrant downtown Vancouver office.

This full-time, in-office temporary role will initially be a fixed-term employment position (6 months). As the first point of contact, you will represent RLG International while performing multiple office duties in a professional and timely manner. Our small, fast-paced office relies on all team members to be flexible and take on various tasks to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day reception duties and general administrative support
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries promptly
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, couriers, and delivery requests
  • Handle meeting room bookings and provide support for meeting logistics
  • Assist with corporate travel bookings, reconcile credit card expenses, and manage office supplies
  • Perform additional general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in providing administrative support in an office environment
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Intuitive and organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
