Salary:

We offer a competitive wage grid that recognizes nursing skillset, ensuring that our nurses are fairly compensated for their expertise and dedication. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse with CarePartners, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work within an extremely supportive and collaborative environment focused exclusively on quality of patient care, where you can exercise your full scope of practice, pursue specialization, and champion innovative health care programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services
  • Provide exceptional nursing services to patients, both in-person and virtually
  • Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and others within the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
