Job DescriptionThis full-time position is based in Sundridge, ON, and offers a competitive wage grid that recognizes your nursing skillset. As a community nurse, you will work within a supportive and collaborative environment focused on providing high-quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Providing exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, schools, clinics, workplaces, and retirement homes
- Communicating and liaising with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Traveling regularly as part of your duties, requiring a valid driver's license and vehicle
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for regular travel
