We visit approximately 80,000 patients each year in various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, workplaces, and retirement homes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment that focuses on quality patient care. You will be able to exercise your full scope of practice, pursue specialization, and champion innovative healthcare programs.

This is a part-time opportunity located in the Sundridge, ON area. The working hours are within a two-week rotation, inclusive of weekends and on-call work. As a nurse in this role, you will have the autonomy to create an effective care plan with respect to community health services, both independently and in cooperation with Ontario Health @Home (OH@Home).

You will also work closely with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional nursing services. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
