Salary: $95 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an Integrated Site Master Schedule (ISMS) based on inputs from all project stakeholders and Prime Contractors
  • Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program, and contractual milestones
  • Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control
  • Validate contractors project schedule accuracy and manage the sitewide interdependencies
  • Liaison with other skilled team scheduling resources to ensure accuracy of schedules leading up to a site-wide rollup
  • Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
  • Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) advantageous
  • A minimum ten years' experience as a project scheduler/program manager in the Automotive Manufacturing/Construction related industry
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Projects
  • Extensive experience in schedule planning and management
  • In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the Automotive Manufacturing/Construction industry
  • Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions
  • Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes
