Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Team Lead to join our team at itipermit. As a key member of our renovation crew, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training to upskill our team members.
  • Evaluate costs and materials to optimize project budgets.
  • Set up equipment and ensure its proper use.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Determine methods to meet work schedules and adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • An organized approach to managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results.
Working Conditions:
  • This role involves working outdoors and being exposed to noisy environments.
  • The work setting includes construction, maintenance, repair, custom work, renovation, commercial, and residential projects.
  • You will be working as part of a team of 1-2 people.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a permanent work term and the opportunity to work 35 hours per week.
