We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in construction management and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for innovation.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive construction experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
