The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving project success from inception to completion. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of project management principles are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on location and experience. About the Role

  • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive project execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and optimizing project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, demonstrating effective cost control and risk management practices.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture, adhering to industry standards and best practices, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on construction or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to relocate across Canada and/or the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
