Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Earl of Whitchurch. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation

Work Environment:
