We are looking for an exceptional Senior HR Initiative Manager to join our team at ML6 Search + Talent Advisory. Main Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives, such as HRIS implementations, policy updates, talent management programs, and change management efforts.
  3. Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure project goals align with organizational strategy.
  4. Analyze and mitigate project risks while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
  5. Monitor and control project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
  6. Communicate project status updates to senior HR and business leaders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  7. Work closely with Change Management and Communications teams to support smooth project adoption and employee engagement.
  8. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing HR processes, leveraging technology, and implementing best practices.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; PMP certification is a strong asset.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems (HRIS, payroll, talent management), and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with change management principles and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
