Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as VP, Infrastructure and Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our infrastructure strategy, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking infrastructure strategy that aligns with our business objectives and fosters innovation.
  • Drive transformative initiatives that capitalize on emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and edge computing, to revolutionize our infrastructure landscape.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of infrastructure strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate infrastructure strategy with overall organizational strategy.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage in infrastructure management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • + years proven leadership in a senior leadership role within Financial Services and proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful results.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and foster innovation.
  • Extensive expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, network management, infrastructure security, and IT governance.
