About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategist to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Senior Strategist, you will play a key role in helping our clients create innovative digital products, mobile apps, and web platforms that excite their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research and generate insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify emerging trends and predict possible futures to drive strategic growth
  • Develop experience strategies and creative briefs to guide the development of solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet client needs
  • Mentor junior team members and support their growth and development
  • Contribute to the development of internal research, trend scanning, and innovation processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and cultural trends, sharing insights with the team

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$110,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
