Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Execution Lead to join our team at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales execution team within your assigned area, ensuring our customers are always "in-stock" on shelves, displays, and in coolers across our portfolio of beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales execution team to ensure maximum sales and execution of our products to company standards
  • Collaborate daily with internal sales and customer operations partners to ensure alignment on all initiatives
  • Staff, train, evaluate, and develop a team of full-time and part-time sales execution associates
  • Develop and implement workforce plans based on business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • ~1-3 years progressive sales experience
  • ~Previous progressive responsibility with account management at a consumer goods organization
  • Proficient experience with computer applications such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Customer-focused with proven relationship-building strengths
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs - physical demands while working with the team in the field
