Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' nutritional needs
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics
- Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
- Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
- Registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
- Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
- Valid BC Driver's License
