We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health. As a Primary Care Dietitian, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients. You will provide competent, safe, and ethical care in settings such as physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement plans of care for patients in collaboration with interprofessional teams
Provide competent, safe, and ethical care in various settings
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve effective outcomes
Apply evidence-informed practice to achieve effective outcomes
Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
Registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
Valid BC Driver's License
