Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health. As a Dietitian II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans of care for patients with complex nutrition needs
  • Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on nutrition and health
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nutrition programs and services
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
  • Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
  • Registrant of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
  • Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
