Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Light Harvesting Shading Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work schedules for team members.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate reports, analyzing financial transactions and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, and Xero.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication skills.
