Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Light Harvesting Shading Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Financial Management: Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, QuickBooks, and Xero.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
