Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Light Harvesting Shading Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage the work of the accounts receivable team to ensure efficient and effective processing of customer payments.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in accounts receivable procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on accounts receivable performance, including aging reports and cash flow analysis.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to accounts receivable, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and processing of customer payments.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the accounts receivable function.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, and Xero.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet customer needs.
