Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Light Harvesting Shading Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations: Supervise and coordinate the accounts receivable team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and credits.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, Xero.
