Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Light Harvesting Shading Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate events, programs, and activities to optimize cash flow and minimize delays.
  • Train and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial transactions, including invoicing, credit notes, and refunds.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, QuickBooks, and Xero.
