Sales Business Development Representative

At X-Treme Packaging Services Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, industries, and segments that align with our product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for expansion, including setting short-term and long-term business development goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs, industry, and challenges.
- Regularly engage with clients through presentations, meetings, and reviews to assess their needs and explore new business opportunities.
- Use CRM tools and analytics platforms to monitor the sales pipeline, track the status of leads, and forecast potential revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a Business to Business (B2B) environment.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
